DongGrace, operated by Songyuan Dongshu Network Technology Co., Ltd., provides business consulting, digital transformation, market research, and strategic partnership services. Specific terms for each engagement will be detailed in separate service agreements.

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.
DongGrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service involved.
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms of the service agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all services provided up to that date. We reserve the right to suspend access for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of Songyuan City, Jilin Province.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
